Donations
via cryptocurrencies will be treated as unrestricted and used where needed most
across cash transfers, operations, or fundraising.
For
our standard programs, we enroll the recipient who will receive your donation
as soon as the campaign finishes

then make your donation to impact on the lives.
To
request a refund, please contact us at info@thriveluzern.com with the payment
information (e.g. Payment ID, amount, date of donation).
We
will refund donations made through our website to the original method of
payment within 30 days of the donation date. We are not able to refund
donations of cryptocurrency or stock.
